Runnnnnnn from this company. First it all They made me a wheelchair that had to be be return because measurements wasnt correct and Not what I wanted so I had to wait for another whole month to get my wheelchair. Customer service at this company is terrible and RUDE between each and everyone. After I had pay the wheelchair in full cash they treat me like they didnt care to help anymore. Its sad but I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

Awful. Place. What bad times I have had. Months to obtain a team. Forget that they are going to answer you, that is a dream. They don't clarify. You have to do nothing, everything. If you can't have your team there and they don't move to call you. Being that you feel terrible. It makes your pain worse. With them.

Do following best practice mean anything in today's times? Having a claim to have been in business for more than 25 years, one would assume National Seating & Mobility has strict and unparalleled guidelines. They have tainted ways. Unfortunately, my encounter with this place of business began in September 2022 and all I wanted was to get moving; but due to their unethical standards I am disheartened. It's not everyday, a woman in her late 30's is requesting help due to her disability. I drew the line when given the option to private pay $200 for a letter of medical necessity.

Pretty awful responsiveness. I stopped by their office, and nobody called to confirm the order for a week. When they did, they got the order wrong and tried to convince me to pay for an item that was 20x more expensive than I wanted to order. They told me that they can't order the piece I'm looking for (despite the fact that their competitor could). I waited again for a couple of weeks for a follow-up call, addressing my request but I've not heard anything. I would never visit here again. Not only didn't they help me out, they wasted a month of my time when I could have had my chair repaired by now. As an aside, I think it's pretty pathetic that they have their own employees giving themselves 5 star ratings in an attempt to goose their star rating.
