I called with a complaint and soon thereafter a Home Delivery Crew showed up ......(Kyle, Steve and Dan)....... in a box truck and van to correct my delivery....thank you guys and customer service for fixing this issue. Thank you Mr Owner ..... you know who you are.

First of all, our whole house is furnished with major purchases from Baer furniture...bedrooms, living area, dining room, rugs and picture. Please check how much we have spent over the last couple years!
We are having a major problem with IMG recliners purchased on 8-13-19 (2 of the same style) Price for both was $3362.93, and the leather was peeling on 1 of the 2 recliners in 5 places! We called customer service before the warranty expired ! The peeling chair was picked up in February, 2021 and repaired...the arms of the chair started to peel again 2 weeks after the chair returned, and the arms were a different shade from the rest of the chair. We have called customer service numerous times, and a representative came out and said it was a corporate decision. Now they are telling us it will be 14-16 weeks to order more fabric. From our point of view, the 1 recliner should have been replaced, without question when the original complaint was made. We are very disappointed that it wasn't
replaced. We like Baer Furniture, but not the customer service team!

My experience has been horrible. Bought my bedroom set on December 28th 2020. They are fast to take your money but they don’t deliver when promised. I was told the dresser I was going to get it within a week which I did but then they had to take a drawer to fix it and I was supposed to get it back by the end of that week. Well, didn’t get it until a month later and because we went to the store and complained about it. Then we were told at the store that the bed was going to be on port on January 17th 2021 and that the nightstand would take up to 4 weeks because they were special order. However, then the sale person told us by text after we left that we were going to get bed and nightstands together because they sent it to be made together. So, we waited until Jan 17th 2021 and it didn’t come when I called I was told they were trying to track it and that they will get back to me. Well, we didn’t hear from them. So, my husband went to the store and was told we were getting everything on February 18th 2021, once the date arrived I contacted the sales lady only to be told that we were getting it on the 28th instead of the 18th. Well, today March 2nd 2021 we get a call to get the bed deliver without the nightstands and when we asked what about the nightstands the sales person replied well you will get those on the 15th of March because they are special order! Then I lost it so I asked for a manager and all of the sudden the sales lady says I am tracking the nightstands we will have them tomorrow at the warehouse. So, yes just like that plain and bold we keep getting lied to our face. Currently, we still don’t know when are we going to get the nightstands. Also, be aware they have no problem charging you upfront if you are willing to pay in full like we did even if they cannot deliver when they say. So, basically they get a free loan from us. I have also called their corporate number dozens of times only to be sent to a voicemail machine every time. You also can’t keep track of your order status online and have to rely on what your sales person is telling you. By the way all of this happened at the Pembroke Pines location.
