Excellent facility! Very clean, newer machines, great rates, super easy to use & convenient!! Located in a nice little plaza with food and shopping. The owner & staff are so kind and helpful! You can use quarters or the dexterpay app to pay. There is also a change machine on site. If you use the app it also gives you a countdown for your load so you know when it needs changed, which is particularly helpful if you have several loads and/or want to shop or eat while you wait. We tried two other locations before finding this one and this one was far and away the best! We'll definitely use when we're here!

WORST LAUNDRY I BEEN IN MY WHOLE ENTIRE LIFE THEY MADE ME FEEL NOT WELCOME AND VERY UNCOMFORTABLE BY TELLING ME HOW MUCH CLOTHES SHOULD I PUT IN A MACHINE AND HOW MUCH AMOUNT OF SOAP AS IF IAM A CHILD AND DONT KNOW HOW TO DO LAUNDRY SEEMS THEY JUST WELCOME WHITE PEOPLE INTO THEIR LAUNDRY BUT NOT HISPANIC OR BLACK! HAVE NEVER FELT SOOOOO UNCOMFORTABLE IN A PLACE THESE PEOPLE WONT LET YOU DO LAUNDRY IN PEACE WOW! I ARRRIVED THERE 2 HRS 1/2 FIRST THING THEY SAID WHEN I STEPPED INSIDE OH WE CLOSE AT 3PM WHICH I WASENT GOING TO TAKE MORE THAN 1HR 1/2 TO FINISH MY LAUNDRY. THEN THEY JUST KEEP FOLLOWING ME AROUND AND JUST WATCHING AS I AM PUTTING MY CLOTHES INSIDE THE WASHER WHEN I AM ABOUT TO POUR THE LAUNDRY SOAP ANOTHER COMES TELLS ME I AM ONLY SUPPOSE TO PUT HALF LAUNDRY SOAP CUP LIKE WHAT?!!!! NOW YOU WANT TO TELL ME HOW MUCH SOAP CAN I PUT IN LAUNDRY LOAD MIND YOU I HAD THE BIGGEST MACHINE $6 AND YOURE TELLING ME I CAN ONLY PUT HALF CUP. MY FIRST TIME COMING TO THIS PLACE AND DEFINITELY MY LAST!

Good morning Beverly, I would like to apologize for the experience you had on your first time here. We like to keep a clean welcoming environment for everyone who comes here. Unfortunately over the years we have had many people say,” I don’t need help, I’m fine.” Then proceed to do things that could be damaging to our store or machines. This has made me a little overbearing. On the other side of that coin, my store is cleaner and more welcoming than most because of my efforts Most people don’t realize that commercial washers are mor efficient than regular washers. They use less soap and water. Many people are happy to hear this because it saves them money and soap. Please understand that we didn’t mean or intend to offend or insult you. We extend the same information to all of our new customers regardless of their race or nationality.I do appreciate your feedback because it lets me know where i fall short and need to improve. Everyone is welcome here. My son greeted you and your significant other as soon as you walked in as well as everyone else. Once again, I apologize for any misunderstandings and hope to see you again.

These people talk to you like trash. And are self entitled pretentious white people. Its laundry mat not the ritz and with that attitude. Thats why your place is empty on a Saturday. Good bad for the surrounding business I was going to eat too. I was so happy to find a new place . So sad. Trash people. I was trying to get quarters first before I brought my stuff in. Too bad they care more about their ego than running a business.
