This is my 3rd and final try with this place, it's sad because the work is pretty decent but the owner Kim has the WORST customer service manners ever. Her demeanor sucks. She has no genuine compassion towards customers only fake show for business. #takingmymoneyelsewhere

I have experienced THE WORST customer service at this place. they do not know how to efficiently do nails or eyebrows! DO NOT GO HERE if you would like a professional and well done service. again, DO NOT GO HERE, you will probably be disappointed if you do! ZERO STARS they do not like to do their job want to cut corners, rush the job or do it with the improper tools, and have an attitude with the only customer in the place. The professionalism here is a joke and I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. VERY BAD ENERGY DO NOT GO THERE results speak for themselves.
