If you have family and friends that like to come visit you this is NOT THE PLACE YOU WANT TO MOVE TO. They refuse to fix the parking issue but quick to put a big green sticker on your car. My building have absolutely no guest parking. Why do I have to call security that take a long time to come to find parking for my guest. I pay rent here every month and can not even invite a friend over due to this parking issue.

In 21 years of Real Estate never have a manager in a community help me so much and being involved in problems like Sarah Graf. She is outstanding and very profesional so is her maintenance gentleman Mr. G. I am very please to be part of Palm Air.

When is the parking issue gonna be resolved in this place? I cant even come visit my family without fear of getting my car towed and having to spend $160 to get it out, its sad because there's a lot of unoccupied parking spaces there, and whats worse is this place is low income housing and they're just taking advantage of people who are already in a bad position financially

THIS IS THE WORSE PLACE IVE EVER LIVED! THEY HAVE TOWED MY CAR NUMEROUS OF TIMES, THE SECURITY IS RUDE AND USELESS. THE PPL IN THE OFFICE HAVE BIRD BRAIN! IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE STRESSED DONT LIVE HERE.
