        I called to ask a simple inventory question but nobody answers the phone. Their message service goes to some automated recording but cant speak with anyone at the store.

        this was, without a doubt, the worst verizon store we have every been in. the girl who helped (NOT) us was more interested in everything but us. we paid off my tablet and she wouldn't even give us a receipt. then, a guy came in with 3 people and she just acted like she didn't want to do anything for us any more. never again will we go to that location.
