        THE ONLY REASON I'M LEAVING ONE STAR IS BECAUSE ITS THE ONLY WAY TO LEAVE A REVIEW- DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT GO INTO THIS BRANCH IF YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS AND BE TREATED WITH RESPECT AND GET ANY TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. DRIVE 25 MILES OUT OF YOUR WAY TO AVOID THIS STORE AND REPS. T-MOBILE AND METRO PCS SHOULD BE EMBARASSED TO BE REPRESENTED BY SUCH A RUDE EMPLOYEE/FRANCHISEE. HE BASICALLY THROUGH ME OUT BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE THE ANSWER TO HIS QUESTION AND WHEN I ASKED FOR A GO AROUND HE STARTED SCREAMING.
