This number advertised says call rejected. Which tells me 2 things, they either have too much business or can't afford to pay the phone bill

Tyler and his crew did an amazing job on my property a few months ago! Brought in big pieces of equipment, worked in rough conditions, and did not cut any corners. They did exactly what they said they would do and I couldn’t be any happier! Will recommend to anybody.

I want to give an honest review of what it has been like dealing with this company. I see all of the other reviews were done at the same time (and 2 are the owners - last name Graham), so that seems to be a bit of a misrepresentation. Back in August, I needed help with property flooding and the creation of a pond. I was initially working with the owner Tyler (who I never saw or spoke to again after the initial work was done). I was later dealing only with the wife, who I was told was the project manager, but she gave a lot of excuses and was very difficult to work with. Between him being out of town, sick kids, machines on other jobs, discrepancies between what’s rented and what’s owned equipment, and the list goes on, it was hard communicating with her at times and keep it all straight. They had another company come to help with drainage - which was not completed properly (I had to beg my family to help me correct it, after flooding continued and I was put off week after week and basically ignored after pleading with this company to help me). The flooding was my main concern and why I called them in the first place, and I was very disappointed to be left hanging like that. My yard has been left as if someone was off roading, tons of deep tire tracks, and the dirt was not laid out evenly or sloped properly. I was hesitant to give the final payment, but was told they promised they would make it right for me, and by now they hoped we had built some trust between us. I stupidly paid the final payment, and now I am left stuck with a pond half dug (that I was told was at my request... I’m not a pond digger, I went along with their suggestions and hoped they would be the professionals they said they were and would do right by me), and drainage I had to fix myself. I was told drainage was not part of the project, but they covered my existing trench and drainage, and also listed “complete drainage” on the final quote I paid, so I’m not sure where we had a miscommunication on that. They knocked down branches and parts of my trees, and I was told the removal of debris was not originally quoted - well you know what, I never asked them to do yard work or trim branches with their machines. This is how the job went, for over 3 months now, and I have been left high and dry, after many back and forth discussions. They seem to want to argue more than just complete their work and move on, it’s really sad... The last time my nephew spoke to them they were adamant they had went above and beyond, and had all the documentation to prove it. That was upsetting to hear after all of the times I tried to work with them and be understanding as it seemed like they were leaving me hanging. They told me repeatedly they would be out to fix the drainage and also my yard would be smoothed and flattened, but put me off week after week after week. I cannot wait for them to be available, it has been months and I have work that is still not completed - I really do not understand how they could just leave me hanging like this. My friends and family have told me to submit a complaint with the BBB to hopefully avoid this from happening to any other customers in the future. So, all in all, that is how my experience has been working with this company. If I were you, I would avoid them! Do your research and be careful! You do not want to end up like me... I have no idea how much it will cost to have someone else come out and repair what they have left me with, but I guess I will find out... I suggest you protect yourself and go to a professional, this family owned business has taken advantage of me and does not intend to right their wrongs.
