One star because I can't give "0". After going to this place 3 years ago, I tried to set an appointment because I needed a referral for a dental surgeon, and they told me that the doctor marked my file with 3 X, minded that I'm not welcome to his office. I guess that is because I complain to the nasty, poor, disgusting, and unprofessional services offered by the front desk people, specifically by Evelyn. Instead of changing her for a professional one, they prefer to ban patients, NOW I CAN SEE THAT THEY'RE ALL ARE A WASTE . Fortunately my insurance have plenty more options.

I have been waiting for them to call my insurance to confirm if they will accept my insurance for a deep cleaning, but dealing with the front office worker makes it highly difficult.. They were suppose to call me back in regards to them accepting my Dental Insurance and it's been 3 weeks and even when I called them back last week they told me they would see if they would accept me to come in to do the deep cleaning but I never received a call back. I called back today at 01/23/23 and the lady is highly rude on the phone rushing me to pick a time and day when to come in and she just sounds like she's just irritated to even help me out. Let's see what happens after my procedure next week and will update the stars in my review if everything goes well. ~UPDATE~ I had my appointment 01/30/23, and when I got their I had to wait 1 hour after my appointment time, unfortunately. I saw the same front desk lady who talked to me on the phone and she seems to just have that type of tone/attitude with everyone because I also witness how she talks to customers on the phone (she needs training or needs to be replaced). My procedure went great so far! And the dentist is very friendly. It sucks that they have someone with terrible customer service since she's your initial contact, unfortunately. Changing my review to 3 stars due to lack of customer service but 5/5 stars to the dentist and other staff members who are very friendly. ~UPDATE Part 2~ It's now 02/04/23, and I have my follow-up appointment. I call at 9:30am to find out if I have my appointment confirmed for 11am but the lady in the front office tells me I need to be at my appointment at 10am and this was never instructed for me to be an hour earlier! Very atrocious. When I get to the appointment she is talking to another person inside the office and pays me no mind and than tells me to sign in. Now I'm waiting 50 minutes to be seen for a follow up appointment! I go up to the snarky front desk lady and tell her about me waiting so long and she tells me thats not her fault and that I have to wait. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT come to place! The rest of the staff is friendly but not her. Updating my review from 3 stars to 2/5 stars.

Front desk staff has reprochable bedside manners. They are unable to listen and provide complete answers without verbally mistreating the patient. It took several calls and argumentative back and forth to finally hear that they close whenever they want to. Meaning; the hours listed are NOT accurate. They accept walk-ins whenever- just show up they said -my follow up question is: do you need to give me a time frame? - no- just show up Show up at 2 (after work) b/c its whenever and they give attitude as if we should know better because they already saw their last pt for today and decided to close at 2 instead of at 4(listed close time) . Sad because Dr is actually pretty nice.
