I came in to upgrade my dads phone and yes Im aware of paying for taxes and any upgrade fees but the associate forced me to purchase accessories if not he couldnt sell me the phone. Being a client for 10 years and always purchasing my phones through t mobile, I have NEVER heard of that. So fine whatever I purchased the accessories but the associate NEVER disclosed that he added insurance to the phone which raised my bill even more. I had to call to get it removed. I sadly felt like I got scammed at this location. Please take your business to another location.

Luis was amazing at helping me with phone issues that another store location got wrong. He is so knowledgeable, has a great personality, really cares about his customers and very professional. I wish I had went to his store instead of Bellalago location because everything went so much more smoother with his help. The Bellalago location was dishonest and Luis was upfront and even checked to make sure I got the correct promotion details from other store. If you want a honest and easy stress free process to buy a new phone or other device and know for certain that you got exactly what was explained to you I highly recommend coming to this store.
