Today was the worst experience Ive had a Banfield in Plantation (never received such horrible service from the Sawgrass location). Dr. Tiffany SastreCarreras is the absolute worst!! Shes impatient, unprofessional and very rude!! Im shopping for pet care elsewhere I will no longer give any Banfield location my business.

I dropped off my dog at 8:00 am for a scheduled teeth cleaning procedure. At noon, I contacted the office and was informed that everything was proceeding smoothly with my dog's appointment and that he would be attended to within the next 45 minutes. However, to my surprise and dismay, I received a call nearly at 4:00 pm, stating that due to an unexpected influx of patients, my dog would not be seen as initially promised.
This prolonged delay caused considerable concern for me, as my dog spent the entire day at your facility without access to food, water, or an opportunity to relieve himself. It is disheartening to feel that my beloved pet, whom I entrusted to your care, was treated merely as a number in order to generate revenue.
I request that you review your scheduling and communication protocols to ensure that similar situations are avoided in the future. Pets entrusted to your care deserve to be treated with the utmost consideration and respect.
