I bought my car at RDM Automotive yesterday and had a great experience. My car runs great! The customer service I have been provided is Outstanding. I would recommend this dealership no question. This is the place to go to get the best deal!

They are extremely unprofessional especially when they feel they aren't going to get any business. My friend almost got into a fight with the salesman! This place deserves to be shut down!

Sorry for the funny name, but on a serious note I just received in the mail (on 10/26/2016) a letter from the DMV stating that this company has lost their license to sell cars and they havent registered my car since its purchase back in July. Now i have to file a complaint and do who knows how many things so I dont lose my car that was purchased here. Do not buy here, the down payment is just for the dealer selling you the car, none of it goes towards the car. Also, the car had faulty brakes when i purchased it and found out the hard way when they stopped working on the 826 in the middle of rush hour, ( if i didnt believe in God, I most definitly do after that incident) luckily Lexus fixed the car (out of my pocket of course). Buyer beward, don't say you weren't warned. Just because I have a silly name does not take away from this honest experience i have and if i could upload the letter i got from the state stating "RDM IS NO LONGER ALLOWED TO SELL VEHICLES AS RDM HAS LOST THEIR DEALER LICENSE" i would. If you do buy from here regardless of my comment then for the love of G-d DONT NOT LOSE YOUR RECEIPTS, YOUR GOING TO NEED THEM.
