        Brian had great communication both through email and phone, without any lapses. Arrived punctually as he had scheduled, provided accurate diagnosis, repair and prognosis of the issue at hand. Honest and upfront with both his service and pricing, as he checks current rates for parts and labor online to match. All those factors on top of him being mobile, made him a great Google search for me. He's going to be my go to guy for family and friends in the Broward area from this point on.
