Dr. Goldwaser and her staff were amazing. I was TERRIFIED to have this procedure done and they held my hand throughout the process. From the billing and ensuring exactly what I would be responsible for (as well as fighting my insurance to ensure it got covered) to the calming and soothing provided before the procedure. On my follow-up the staff was extremely nice and Dr. Goldwaser once again put me at ease. Highly Recommend.

I would highly recommend Dr. Goldwasser and her team to anyone looking for an oral surgeon. They we’re extremely professional yet super personable and warm. They we’re available at all times to help with any and everything. 10 out of 10!

Definitely recommend! I was so nervous of taking out my first wisdom tooth but Dr. Mederos and Valerie made me feel nothing but comfortable and were so patient and kind. You both are awesome!

Absolutely horrible experience with the front office and appointment setting. My son has Cerebral Palsy and was referred by our family dentist to see this provider for TMJ. I work for one of the largest Healthcare companies and I will be reporting a grievance with this provider, and I will be advising our dentist of our poor experience. 1. They did not validate our insurance correctly with a major insurance network UnitedHealthcare. Our insurance provider had to contact them and assist. I went thru several phone calls to assist. A good office staff would have been more cordial and supportive. The problem isn't that they had problems validating our insurance, the concern is the gross customer service, and the tone of irritation and the passive aggressive comments from the front office staff. Only one person was kind of the 3 different individuals we spoke with at this office. In my 30+ years in the Healthcare industry the way the front office handled the verification indicated they had no interest in obtaining a new customer. 2. The way they dealt with a 24 yr old with Cerebral Palsy is appalling. I heard the front office person arguing with my son when he was trying to confirm if they received his forms completed. She was impatient and very rude. I normally don't write negative reviews and I usually ask to speak with an office manager first, but by far this has been one of the worst experiences I have ever witnessed with a provider. I strongly suggest the doctor or manager monitor closer his front office staff and provide coaching as necessary, because there can be improvement. People have bad days and mistakes happen but on three different days and on different issues, this is a trend. The experience has been one where we would never recommend a friend or family member to this office.

Dr. Friedman and his medical staff are absolutely amazing. If you looking for a knowledgeable, highly skilled trained, clean, trustworthy professional, Dr. Friedman the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon at Oral Facial and Maxillofacial is where you want to be. The front office team is very pleasant from the time you enter the office, they are detailed oriented, and are taking extra precautions to ensure all patients are safe by following strict COVID-19 /CDC guidelines while in their office.
