Jaylen Floyd was amazing. He listened to my needs and was so polite. Ive been to two different service departments in the area, and this one by far is the best. The service department was quick, accurate and reasonable on price. I will continue to come to Massey Yardley for my service needs.

Horrible. Wasted my time I would never come back to buy a vehicle here or come for service. I brought my 2020 ram 3500 in. I called explaining I needed to get my tcc programmed on a newer truck that has aftermarket work on 3/16 I know some dealers wont work on vehicles with aftermarket work) The service advisor kaylin tells me no problem and they can do the tcc calibration. Upon dropping the truck of everything seemed fine. I get a call that they dont want to calibrate it anymore. He then tells me the good news is they can get my recalled fuel pump installed by the next day. The next day I could not reach him all day. I receive a text that night (3/17) that he thinks the pump came and that the truck should be ready Friday (3/18) on 3/18 he tells me they ordered the wrong pump and its gonna be a long time for them to get it. I had to drive a hour to get the vehicle there with no programming I then had to get a tow truck to bring it elsewhere because the dealer lied. I was promised a call back from the service manager which never happened. I called the dealer for the general manager and was told he will call me back which never happened.
