Dissappointed there will be no community center and pool. They charge top dollar per square foot and use the chespest materials. Interior studs are 24" and are only.blocked where the kitchen cabinets are hung. With 10' ceilings, there is a risk if anything with weight, such as a large T.V. is hung. The interior lighting in the kitchen is off center with the island and cabinets but worse.... it was designed this way. Roofs are sheathed with OSB boars, basically pieces of wood glued together, instead of more durable plywood (because rhat would cost the builder more). Out doorknobs are continuously coming loose not matter how tiggt I make them. Communication wiring installed by a sub with no obvious CAT5 experience as they sta pl led it to the rafters in thw ceiling and could not properly repair, leading to us not receivinf our promised ring bell attached tonour still not working "SafeStreets" monitor. We had rain coming in from a roof air vent. Who knows how.long that was happening before we moved in and what damage Iis happening to the roof. You cannot do a visual inspection of the roof interior because they spray foam insulate the roof, hiding the OSB board and lack of rwal plywood sheathing. I could go on and on. DON'T BUY HERE OR YOU WILL BE SORRY.

If you are sleep problem or mental clarity, do not buy these homes there is an Industrial plant named OLDCASTLE that make brick paver that make a lot of noise day and night. I can feel the vibration and hear the machine inside my house 24 hours a day. I had complained and nothing was done to the noise officer JOEL BACON of Zephyrhills. I had to sell my house in two months because I couldnt take it anymore. I have PTSD from the military and the sound from that plant made my PTSD worse all day and night. It is a shame on REALTOR website saying the houses for sell in BRISTOL MEADOWS the noise level is LOW that is a lie. The noisy plant may not bother some people but as a combat veteran it is very aggravating and make my symptoms worse. Huge money lost for me!
