very complicated to make an appointment or get a medicine refill order[-Very disappointed with the clerical staff and answering system!!!!

It is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to get someone to answer the phone!! If you wait on hold it's well over an hour, if you request a call back it never comes. Very incompetent and unprofessional.

I love Dr Roberson but the staff are unreliable and you can never get through on the phone. I have called and talked to several people who said they will send a script to Radiology Imaging. I had an abnormal mammogram and they want to do more testing. But I need my PCP to send a script. I was told by your office that it would be handled. When I showed up for my appointment yesterday they had still not gotten anything from you. They called you several times and was not ever able to talk to anyone. I have called several times today and the wait time is crazy long. I have one of two options. Either give me an email address so that there is proof of the conversations that I have with your staff. Or I will have to find a new PCP. I don't care how much I like the doctor. Having a staff that doesn't doe their job and wastes my time and not being able to contact you is not somewhere that I can have as my PCP.
