I wish everyone could utilize OptiHealth. I would and have recommended it to everyone who will listen. This program truly teaches you to lose and manage your weight for the rest of your life. No gimmicks, no buying their food, nothing that is not maintainable on your own. I only wish I had learned all of this when I was a child.

I received a warm reception and tour of the facility, as well as an introduction to all the services that are offered there. I choose a service and have been very impressed with the procedures and the positive outcomes! There are a variety of other services offered including massage and life coaching that I am also interested in!

I joined because I lacked the motivation to accomplish the weight loss I desired. Susan has been wonderful at keeping me on track and I am nearing my goal weight sooner than I expected to!
