Never had nails done, but familiar with press-ons. I'd say the only good thing about this location was the customer service. My aesthetician was very sweet. However I got acrylic base (for a bit of length) with a gel polish and it came out lumpy with most of the thickness towards the TIP of the nail. Nails were supposed to be matte. Color was also lighter than the swatch. They were also very aggressive with the file. I have smaller nail beds and felt my skin being shaven every time. The acetone burned the cuts. Sweet girls, but they should take their time and communicate more. As a first-timer, I was nervous to speak up about my round nails looking a little square.

Had mani and pedi and was very unhappy with the outcome. Posted a full review on yelp. Polished bubbled, repainted and bubbles up again, returned another day and they repainted and it bubbled again. Called Regal and reported issue and Cindy refuses to refund cost of mani when they did not do a quality job. Don't worry I will never come back and will let everyone know of the bad experience, I had been going to this salon for years and stopped because quality had declined. I thought I would give it another try because I really liked Cindy and Tony but the prices have gone up and the quality has gone way down. Don't mind paying $52.00 for a natural mani and pedi if it is a quality job. But this was a very disappointing experience. Services: Manicure, Pedicure

Use to frequent this salon for years up until about 3 to 4 years ago when the quality started to decline. Was out in the area and thought maybe things had changed. Upon arrival saw the lady working and she seemed to be the only one there, she was the reason i quit going there. But I thought to myself well she is still here so maybe she has gotten better at her craft. I decided to give it another shot because I really liked Cindy and Tony, the owners. The prices for the services have gone way up and I honestly don't mind paying for a quality job. The lady that did my nails seemed as if she really didn't want to be there and she barely even spoke to me. The pedi was ok, nothing special and to be honest the massage lasted about 15 seconds per foot, which that is the most enjoyable part for me. We moved into the mani and I asked her to cutdown my natural nails to match the 2 that had broke and that I had filed as an example of how I wear my nails, when it came time to polish I looked at my nails and excused my self to go to the bathroom, reached down on the pedi stand and grab the nail file she had used on me and went to the bathroom and had to fix them all. She had cut them very short and filed to a point, even the 2 I had showed her. But I didn't say a word and fixed them and returned to let her polish. I have wore OPI "I am not really a waitress" for 30 years and have been getting natural manicures forever. She applied a base coat then really fast 2 coats and then a top coat. I went to sit under the lighted table and as they dried they started bubbling up. Another patron even commented to be at how bad they looked. I showed Cindy and told her I was not happy and she said "I fix for you" but the same girl sat down and started removing the polish and she didn't seem to happy about having to redo. She finished and again they bubbled up. Tony walked in and I showed him and they offered to redo AGAIN but I had been there about 2 1/2 hours and didn't have the time. They told me to come back. I called and spoke to Cindy and told her I was not happy and would rather have a refund for the maincure. She insisted I come back and she would fix, I said are you sure it won't be that lady. She said yes "I fix for you" when I returned it was not Cindy but it was another long time employee that I used before and knew she was good. I questioned maybe that the polish was bad and they said no. I questioned the top coat and again they said no. The lady tryed to sell me gel nail but I don't like gel. She painted my nails again and guess what, they bubbled up again. I give up. I left the salon and called The number on there wall to Regal Nails and told them what happened while in the parking lot. The American lady who answered the phone tryed to call and talk to Cindy and she refused to refund my manicure. She told me that they would be written up. I have never been treated like this over a manicure. If you can't delivery a quality product (a natural manicure) then you shouldn't offer it. I even tipped the original lady because they charged my credit card before my nails were painted and if you don't tip then you get talked about. Very unhappy with this Regal. They use to be top notch but now they charge alot more and do less quality work.
