        I just wanted a fill and somehow my nails ended up looking worse than they did when I walked in. The tech wasn’t even paying attention to what she was doing. Kept looking behind her trying to watch TV. Checking her phone. Nails feel rough. I wouldn’t believe she buffed them if I didn’t actually watch her do it. 0 stars is not an option so therefore 1 by default.
