If I could, I would give zero stars without hesitation. While I cannot speak for the doctor, I must express my extreme dissatisfaction with the office staff. On two separate occasions, my new patient appointments were abruptly cancelled on the day of the appointment. The first cancellation occurred when I arrived for check-in, and the second time, despite receiving a confirmation phone call and seeing the appointment listed in my portal, I was informed just an hour beforehand that it had been cancelled. The reason provided was that the appointment I had scheduled online for new patients wasn't actually for new patients, yet this discrepancy was known to them. Despite their awareness of this issue with their online scheduling system, I am the one left unable to see a doctor due to their office's incompetence. Additionally, the staff member I spoke with claimed they had no means to check the schedule or reschedule my appointment, insisting that I call back for further assistance. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for patient care is unacceptable.

Not sure how you guys have a va contract for pcm at this point. 7 months 3 phone calls and even talked to the clinic manager and you still don't put in the referral for mental health. And it gets better prescription for inhaler gets kicked back for no doctors notes and noone bothers to let the patient know so now the sample pack that was supposed to hold over until the prescription went through is done and I still don't have an inhaler..... Then when you call the number listed in the review response the customer service staff actually manages to care less than the medical staff.

I had a well visit at 7:30 this morning. I was there well before my appointment time and checked in or so I thought I checked in . The receptionist didnt fully check me in and after 40 minutes of waiting I went and asked why I hadnt been called back yet. The receptionist that didnt fully get me checked in said that there must have been a glitch and they would try and work me in. I waited 20 more minutes and went back up there and let them know that I had to take my mother to a doctors appointment at 10 across town.They said that they couldnt work me in before then and I would have to reschedule. I used sick leave to take off for this appointment and I dont have any left to take off for another appointment. I told them that I absolutely had to have my paperwork filled out and faxed today, which they agreed to for my insurance. I believe that since it was a well appointment, they didnt even try to work me in because they dont make enough money off those kind of appointments.
