Broussard's Wild Game Processing and the Food Production Company is OPEN!! Both the Pensacola restaurant Location and the Navarre restaurant Locations are permanently closed. Wild Game Processing and our Food Production company are open!

We bought bag of seafood gumbo got home to Birmingham tonight it had one tiny shrimp! We never found any seafood all okra and juice! Horrible!!!!!!

Ive been eating here since I was a kid and the food is always incredible. Very consistent as well. Finally bought some food to bring back to Jacksonville for my wife to try and now she wants me to pick up crawfish etouffee/boudin every time!
