        The crew is wonderful!!!! The management is NOT. I don't own my boat anymore and my slip (#5) has been vacant since ~ July 10, 2021. I prepaid through the first of October. I asked for a partial refund in early July and was turned down. I'm assuming there is a waiting list, given the shortage of wet slips post-Hurricane Sally. Why keep someone else waiting? Not cool at all.

        Very disappointed in what the prices are and what you end up paying. We had an agreement to pay 1500 dollars for hurricane protection. That is they take your boat out of the water for a storm. Thats it we were told. Come to find out that its another 500 to pull the boat out and 50 dollars a day for it being on land. Make sure you get everything in writing.
