Very helpful staff. I was shopping for a gift and had a hard time deciding on which one to buy. Very patient, and absolutely no pressure! Gift wrapped and hand crafted jewelry made in the store. I will definitely be back!

This business is not concerned about you being happy with your purchase or your return business! They are only concerned about sales! My husband purchased three items for gifts and when we wanted to make exchanges, they would not and would not even return the calls to discuss it (even though they said they would). In 30 years, my husband has never made any purchases that could not be exchanged. If that had been clear, he would not have made the purchases as his intent was to give something that would be loved. Never, in 30 years has he been put in this position. Such a huge disappointment!!! My advise to anyone would be to shop somewhere else that has integrity and cares about your repeat business.

I debated a long time about whether or not to write a review. Then I discovered that they did the same thing to a friend of mine.I had been in the store several times and really enjoyed the variety of jewelry. I finally decided to go back and buy myself a nice birthday present. I spent quite a bit of money and the owner and I talked about my upcoming birthday (in 3 weeks). The week of my birthday, I received an e-mail stating that the entire store was 25% off. I would have saved several hundred dollars. I was confused and angry- why didn't the owner mention the upcoming sale? I would have waited, happily saved money and then would have been a repeat customer.When I asked, the reason I was given is that they are a small store and do things on a whim. Now, I am no dummy. I know they know how much their inventory is costing them to hold, I know they know when their accounts receivable are due. You don't just have a 25% off the entire store "on a whim" with that much inventory in a small store- you have to assess what the sale will do to all of those costs and how it will affect your monthly sales.The same thing happened to a friend. She purchased quite a large amount of one type of gemstone. A few weeks later she also received an e-mail stating that the particular gemstone she just purchased was on sale. She marched back in and demanded her money back (and got it). I guess I didn't care enough about a business with such shoddy ethics (and supposedly it's a store based on religion! Doesn't sound like the qualities in any religion I know). I'll happily spend my money at the other high quality jewelers in Pensacola and Destin or shop online. I guess if you only shop during their sales you would be okay. I just couldn't believe the gall to do that to a customer and then expect them to return to buy more. Not me.
