Buyers beware! If they say it is "At No Cost To You" you need to ask more questions! CPAP Accessories ~ I was told this was "At No Cost To Me" but later I got a $261.75 bill. Sweetwater Medical was paid by my insurance company now it is up to me to pay the bill. The cost to me is $261.75

Poor / Rude customer service, lots of hidden charges and you can forget getting an explanation of your bill! I called left a message and 3 days later got a return call from a rude woman that was NO help!

I went in needing someone to go over my CPAP machine to be sure it was properly functioning. Leila was most pleasant and extremely helpful. So was Jim. They saved me a lot of time and a trip back into town from Cantonment .

I was familiar with my insurance coverage so I knew what costs to expect. They were very patient with me while I tried to determine what cpap equipment I was comfortable with. I got follow up calls to check on me. At the appropriate time, supplies were automatically shipped to me. Again, familiar with my insurance coverage so costs were expected. I have had only pleasant interactions with staff and my calls were returned promptly. Not five stars because of location, it's tricky to get in and out of.
