Nick did a roof inspection for me, and it was a very positive experience. He was quick to respond, scheduled it right away, showed up on time, and patiently answered all of my questions.

We are in the process of purchasing a home in Pensacola. Because we do not live in the area now, I researched and found Nick Perez. He was very thorough and answered all of our questions during the inspection. The report we got back was specific and very helpful in our response to the Seller. The report has a summary page, followed by photos and specifics of all aspects of the property. We'll use the report for our "To Do" list as we make the house into a home. While I always want to pay a vendor appropriately for their time, talent and expertise, his pricing was a little more competitive than others I spoke to.

Nick was recommended by my insurance broker....... he was totally wrong on his assessment of my roof......I was a roofing General contractor for over 10 years......I watched the installation of my roof yard after hurricane Ivan.......Nick Perez was 100% wrong on his assessment of my roof......I would not let this hack any where near my property again.....
