    Some of the agents are rude. It took four attempts to finally find someone who could answer a question about an insurance plan. They say the monitor calls and they really should. A rude or ignorant agent can cost a company customers and in a service agency that tends to network to other potential customers.

    Worst insurance ever, I have Florida Medicaid and I wish they wouldn’t have put me with lighthouse insurance provider. I have had 2 scoliosis surgery’s and I wanted to find a specialist here in Florida. Apparently not one Orthopaedics center here takes this insurance. I called and asked for a place that would take this insurance and the guy referred me to a place that only accepted veterans. I’m beyond mad, apparently I will have to pay out of pocket because this insurance plan isn’t worth anything. Florida Medicaid system is awful. Wish I would’ve stayed in North Carolina.

    I was told this insurance was founded by doctor's because they wanted to provide a better and improved insurance for patients! It's been nothing but a headache and lies since we've had it! They only cover 6 months of antacids that my son needs because his anti rejection meds for his heart transplant cause severe acid reflux! It takes many weeks for approval for his therapy appointments for his leg he lost the knee and femur because of bone cancer and has surgery's on it 2 times a year so therapy is needed to learn how to walk again and the longer the wait the more painful it is for him! But the lies come in with the gas reimbursement! For weeks now I've waited for a check I was told was approved on Jan. 22nd was told the check was sent out first on the 27th then told it was the 31st and was told a supervisor would contact me back after they tracked it but 3 separate times now no one has and I believe her name was Lashay who was suppose to call me back but has yet to and it's the 20th of February almost 2 month's since the trip I was suppose to be reimburse for!! I wished I could get another insurance company because now I feel my son's medical info is out there for strangers to see and they don't really care about the people they cover, or lack of covering!!
