After arriving early for a appointment, still ended up being 10 minutes past appointment time for my salesperson. Not the salesperson fault,receptionist at front not helpful,unconcerned.

I called to get a tax form for my CPA and only had to wait on Hold for less than a minute and the young lady who assisted me was extremely courteous and very helpful. Excellent service!

I called just now and the woman that answered the phone was extremely nice but, she didn't know the answer to my question. So, she had to put me on hold. I was on hold for over 40 mins and then the call ended.

Expect cold calls, give them a non-important phone number. I've had BCBS in several states, and never had any branch be as obnoxious as these guys. List that I can remember: - Cold call while I was a member because they were giving away smart watches. Guy asked me for my member number and got upset when I wouldn't give it to him. - Cold call 4 or so months after I cancelled my plan. Told the person I had a different plan and didn't need it any longer, that's why I cancelled. - Cold called ~7 months after plan cancellation; same song and dance as the first. When I was blunt with the guy, they were 'just calling because they wanted to make sure I had coverage'. At least telemarketers usually catch a clue, Florida Blue, not so much.

This center never returns your calls. They might respond to your email. But its 50-50. The FL blue insurance company is horrible and tries to steal your money, saying you owe money when you dont . They are always getting your insurance screwed up.
