Virga law firm let's you hire the lawyer you want and then trades you to one don't want and one who does nothing but collect $700 each month after $3600 down. They don't return calls or emails and if you ask too many questions, they will drop you. You still won't have your divorce though. Just broke and frustrated!!! Dont waste your money here! Find a lawyer that will actually work for you!

I was recommended to Virga Law Firm from an associate, so I called and got a consultation. Immediately they answered all of my questions and eased my concerns with the divorce process. What I really liked about Virga was they were affordable. My attorney Tracie and paralegal Jennifer were with me the whole way. When I called, to leave a message they would return it either by phone or email. I appreciate everything they did for me get my divorced finale. Thank you!

I am not the type of customer to leave a bad review, however I believe that is important for potential clients to read an honest review so they can make the best decision when it comes to hire an attorney. When I went in the first time for my first appointment. They lied to me and promised me to win my case with no problem. Well story short, the lawyer that was working on my case left the firm and did not even let any of his clients know. Than they appointed me another lawyer. David Lohr not only David was very unprofessional but also he never prepared for my case neither put any efforts to help me. In fact my case got tremendously affected due to his lack of work and lack of desire to fight for my case and win it like the firm promised me the first day. Also his paralegal was very incompetent when it came to do the work. She would use profanity when we would communicate, it got to the point that I told her to stop using bad words as I was a client and I did not like it. In addition to that David would never call back neither show up to the appointments. They always had an excuse on why I could not speak to the lawyer or why things were not done. It got so bad that I contacted the owner Mr. Virga and he did absolutely nothing to help me. I spent over 7k in this firm to find out that they did not do anything for my case. One thing is filing the paperwork another is to fight for your client interest and well being just like you said when you took my case. Virga even threatened me with taking legal action against me if I left a bad review on them. DO NOT GO WITH VIRGA LAW FIRM you will end up losing your case, and very frustrated due to their expensive monthly fee and lack of integrity and manners when it comes to taking care of their clients and their well best interest.

Pretty disappointed in this service. The lawyer I had for my divorce case left the firm with no notice to his clients. Then when I was assigned a new one, it takes almost half a year to communicate or receive responses in regards of something that was needed for the final judgement. THEN when I got ahold of someone, (months after the last court date) they said they will send it in today. Very unorganized due to someone leaving with no informing.
