Thank you Alex Scheepsma and Samantha Taylor for this review. I was a bit perplexed that you would walk away with the impression that I was either rude or condescending especially considering that I provided complete and thorough explanations to all of your questions even on my days off (Saturday/Sunday) and after hours, long after I completed the service for which I was originally contracted to perform. In my humble opinion, the characterization that I was rude or condescending in any of our interactions is false, but as a 27-year principal of this firm I would humbly offer my apology if that was your impression. Environmental regulatory issues are extraordinarily complex with nuances that are sometimes difficult to explain over the phone or in text messages. I wish you the best in your endeavors.
