Horizon completed a deck project for me They tore down my old wood deck and built the most beautiful, multi level composite deck that looks amazing!! Their two installers Hai and Quinn are craftsman in this line of work, and treat the project as if it is artwork, and they were very meticulous and detailed in their craftsmanship!!! Im extremely happy with how it turned out, and I would highly recommend Horizon and especially Hai and Quinn for any of your deck projects in the future!!

The hardest part was pulling the city permit. Construction took less than a day. David and Phil are extremely knowledgeable, and their installers were very professional. Great company to work with. I Highly recommend.

Incomplete service, poor communication, and inconsistent information between sales, project manager, and contractors. May 2022- contract signed Nov. 2022- porch constructed (subcontractors were actually really great but Horizons neglected to pay them until we got a collections notice. Horizon did pay them after we brought this to their attention. Also, not something we should have experienced.) Aug. 30 2023- fan installation Dec. 2023- electrical (outlets) after 5 visits Nov. 2023- light installation Incomplete- door installation Incomplete- inspection Incomplete- replacement door hinge that lasted only a week (we had to replace it ourselves with one from amazon and it has lasted longer) We have to call weekly to get any information. Every time the finger is pointed at someone else and there is no resolution. Their word and contract mean nothing.
