I had a large 128 rug and runner cleaned 8-13-23 and they were on time and cleaned both rugs for $ 128.00. I'm happy, next time I think that the upholstery will have to be cleaned by them also. Service: Area rug cleaning

I needed my in-laws carpet cleaned last minute and was worried I would have to wait weeks for professional service. I reached out to Christophers Chem Dry website in the evening and scheduled an appointment and had Megan reach out to be the very next morning with 2 days of availability way sooner than I thought. Both her and Carey communicated with me every step of the way and did such a great job. Price was affordable and my in laws were happy with the customer service as well. I would highly recommend them for anyone!

Great communication from the initial call, through final completion. They listened to our concerns regarding the sofa dog odors/stains and patiently answered all of our questions. They showed up on time and did excellent work. Our 20 year old carpets and sofa look great, and, all of the dog odor is gone! They even removed stains from 2 brand-new chairs that had just been delivered (as the sofa and carpets were being cleaned)!
