It was very nice. Our hostess was Marla. She was very consistent in making sure We had everything We needed. Will definitely return

While waiting for a table a couple walked out complaining that it took forty minutes plus for their food to arrive at the table. We asked the hostess and she said it had slowed a bit and the kitchen was "caught up". This was our first visit, after seeing several TV commercials we decided to try it. They advertised prime rib weekend so my wife ordered that. When our dinners arrived she started eating and mentioned that she had received an end piece that was cold and very tough. She picked through it and by the time the server returned she had little over half of the meat left. She won't complain (ever) so I told the server what the problem was. The server said that she had told the cook not to send that piece out because it was the end and had been sitting awhile. She said the cook said to try it and if there was a complaint he would serve another piece. My wife did not want to wait for another piece and told the server to forget it. A little later the manager came by asking how things were and was told that the meat was tough and cold and shouldn't have been served. We told him this was our first visit to the restaurant. He said that next time we visit we should look him up. So I guess I'm saying with a long post that after $50 + we probably wont waste anymore time or money at this chain. P.S. none of the food looked like the commercials, especially my favorite, cherry pie. Very average and tasteless.
