it took long wait time to get the food. we had to ask for silverware and straws after we got the. Do the servers here get basic training ?

Buyer Beware if you have a Gluten Allergy. A client of mine requested their gluten free menu ( who thought one so special existed especially at Red Robin), my client thoroughly excited ordered a gluten free cheeseburger from that menu. Burger arrived and we did not double check the bun by means of feeling, touching, asking server instead thought our server and kitchen took and made the order as placed. After one bite it was realized this was NOT a gluten free bun causing us to leave immediately. The manager came immediately almost in shock not knowing what to do except get a new burger. I asked for a refill on tea again a server without looking at our bill assumed I wanted sweet tea when I was in fact ordering unsweetened tea. Not what I want nor will I have. Was a little disappointed that more options where not made by the manager to how to help my friend and then at the end said I will take your burger off but please pay for your soda, ice tea and another entree when our error is forcing you to leave now because of getting sick from a gluten reaction we clearly caused . Long story short double check your order if you order off their gluten menu before tasting anything.
