Been a loyal customer for many years tried calling was busy for many hours had to drive over there I knew it was sold cause Steve the Manager told it was going to be new owners soon will I got a rude awakening to meet new owners that were rude and unprofessional Pizza didnt taste the same seems like there using low quality cheese dont think I will not be returning what a shame will never be the original Umbertos I know there new owners but they should have keep up the reputation of the old Umbertoss love and miss you guys from the old Umbertoss

NASTY AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! First let me say that I have been a loyal customer of Umberto's for a very long time!! I have ALWAYS gone there for pizza, and recommended them to EVERYONE!! Thursday night when I made my order I spoke to some lady that I could barely understand. I was expecting to talk to the owner's son, Steve. I had made my order, had it delivered (took FOREVER) and it was NOTHING like what we normally get. No sauce on any of the pasta, a microscopic piece of chicken parmigiana, no garlic on the rolls and a pizza with almost no cheese or toppings and for the absurd price I paid!!!!! WOW, I expected much more!! I called back to speak to someone about my order and the same lady I spoke to earlier said she was the manager and right away I knew something was off because I know the guy I always speak to (Steve) is the manager. When I tried to explain why I was unhappy with my order, she gave off the impression that she could care less, and that she was not going to do anything about it. I found out through Facebook that the original owners sold - guess that explains it!! What a sad shame!! NEVER EVER AGAIN!! The old owners will be missed!

UPDATE 1 star March 2022 DISAPPOINTMENT!!! New owners. What a disappointment!!! Cheap ingredients, bad customer service and old food. Save your money. Have been a loyal customer for years. Today was sad with the lack of quality, only to find out new owners Jenny the new owner was rude and unprofessional. WILL NOT GO BACK HERE AGAIN. Sorry Maria and family have left. They will be missed. Sorry the new owners are destroying the Umbertos name. 2020 5 stars Awesome pizza and garlic knots! Love this place.
