When I called to make my appointment for the first time I was told that parents could not go in with their children while they were being examined and had to wait on the waiting room that they would give the children a walk thru / tour and show them the dental tools to make them feel comfortable. When my daughter was done with her visit she told me that the dentist was CRAZY he was having a panic attack cursing and throwing the dental tools on a table because he could not be left alone with children yelling at his assistant when she stepped out for a sec, the staff made my daughter clean up toys in a play area inside from the previous children who were there making a mess, the front desk acted like they were totally unaware of this dentist behavior when I confronted them. I WOULD NEVER EVER recommend anyone to this office, KEEP YOUR CHILDREN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

This office is no longer Dr. Eisensteins office. He retired. This is now Gentle Teeth Kids. The Dr is Dr. George && she is so great with my kids!! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Completely different office from before! I recommend this place to anyone with kids! They also accept most medicaid plans!

On 2/28/13 at about 11:30am, I contacted Dr. Eisensteins office. The first call I made, a lady answered the phone. When I went to inquire about service, she was quick to cut me off and not let me speak. She sounded frustrated and agitated. When I explained I was a client from the past, this didn't help my standing at all. When I told her to just forget what I was asking for because she was being just so difficult. Her response, was ok FINE. I hung up was frustrated because my son so loves this Dr. I tried to call back and ask for her supervisor, at which point, she told me she was the supervisor. I just couldn't believe someone so rude, was untrusted in such a position. She started to ask who I was, where I was calling from and I asked to speak with her supervisor again. She wouldn't let me get past it. I sent a fax to their office, asking for the Dr. to call me back directly. That was two hours ago. I am never going back to this Drs office and it stinks because my son loves him. If this Dr. ever see's this review, I hope he knows that I tried at all lengths to reach him directly. However his office manager would not allow me to speak with him and I am sure she destroyed the fax as well. VERY RUDE experience.

Wife just called to make an appointment for our 5 year old daughter. Receptionist explained to her that children over 3 years of age must see the Dr.Eisenstein alone! Parents are not allowed in the room while he evaluates/examines our daughter. Once the evaluation is complete then we can go in the dental room with her. Ummm we are happily taking our daughter else where. PERV ALERT if you ask me. What kind of Dr. forces his children patients to visit him alone without their parents present? I don't know what kind of practice he is running over there but it is one my family will NOT be finding out. I suggest taking your children somewhere else.
