This office is just so frustrating. I hate calling This place and dealing with the phone system.. the so called faster way to communicate with them. I been trying to speak with a manager about my daughters case and is just so hard to speak to someone..and when you finally get connected they say they will transfer you to the manager they put you on hold for a while and then they hang up on you and send you a text message so you can communicate with them through text. So unprofessional and Im so unhappy with the service.

I am extremely happy with my service today, we did come across a little issue that needed to be fixed and Roxana and mone literally jumped right into action and fixed an extremely small issue. Thanks to them my son was able to be seen today. Thank you so much ladies!

The doctors and assistants are wonderful, they make my child feel comfortable and at ease, they communicate well, absolutely no complaint on that end. However, I missed the days when you would call and actually get to speak to someone, they no longer answer the phone, NEVER. You will immediately get a text message that will direct you to another number, they prefer for you to text them. The problem is that if you text, most of the time, they will reply at least an hour later, and even if you reply immediately, it will take another 1-2 hours to get a reply, it's annoying, and unprofessional. The front desk receptionist seems overwhelmed, she had failed to check our insurance information, and when I was trying to explain to her that I did not have the insurance card with me and needed to call the insurance, her response was " if you don't have the card, today's visit will be $195". Then she also wanted to cancel my appt because I was lateI was not, and all the confusion could have been avoided if they would have answered the 8 calls I made prior to arriving to the office, which, they reply to the one of the text messages as I was walking in. It also took the receptionist 1 minute to verify insurance information ( I had to tell her to do it), of course, it was easier and more convenient for her to take my payment, rather than do her work. I miss the old front desk staff, they were always so friendly, professional, and helpful. As I write this, I am still waiting for text reply, and I call back from their office. I am sure it will take days. The massive declined in customer service is sad, and I am sure it will make patients look for other options.
