I have worked in the medical field for 30 years and NEVER have I dealt with a more dysfunctional and rude office . Let me state Dr. Jaffer only owns this practice and never goes there ( which I was told this and that they have no idea who he is by Frances the office manager) . I explained my 99 year old mother who just had a yearly physical with her physician 2 weeks ago including lab work( the Doctor is no longer going to be taking her insurance ) needed to come in so she doesn’t have a gap in her medications they insisted she come for a meet and greet , and do lab work and then return to see the doctor . I explained it’s very difficult to make two visits could they make an exception because her age ? I was flat out told NO . I made an appointment and then was told her follow up wouldn’t be for weeks because the Doctor would be on vacation . I called her insurance company that agreed this is unacceptable and gave me another name Manella Family Practice who were very understanding and even said they would take her first so she didn’t have to wait . If a office is this way before you go they will be worse once you do . Worst Family Practice and their employees need training on manners and professionalism !
