Absolutely horrible customer service. Told the waiter that the order was incorrect and he told me that I had to pay for it. Never going there again.

Some of the food was good enough to make us want to try Indonesian food elsewhere -- because the service was so profoundly, unbelievably clueless that we would never, ever return here again. The waitress didn't understand the menu, drifted around the restaurant in an apparently near-comatose state, didn't bring us what we ordered (even after repeated attempts to explain what should have been a super-simple order -- it was the restaurant's special set "rice table" meal for goodness sake), apologized every single time she approached the table because she knew she was unqualified and untrained for the job -- someone in the kitchen or her co-workers really needed to help her. Or put her out of her misery and fire her. The fact that the restaurant was empty at 630 PM on a Friday night should have been our clue to run away.
