My dad went here to fix his teeth, what a disaster! They not only grinded his teeth down to the point that they could no longer attach a cap on the tooth, but they sent him home with a single pull out for 15,000 dollars.....smh

I have been going here for years. I noticed that everything is about money and really not about care. I had a flipper which was done by their lab. One of the tooth completely came out. I went in just to see if the tooth could be glued back. I was told it had to be sent to the lab. I insisted on having it repaired because i can't walk around with missing teeth. They repaired it and told me a quick fix is $50. No one mentioned it prior. Why am i paying for something they made that broke? I can only imagine what the price would have been at the lab!

Went in for my wisdom removal. It was quick and painless. The doctors communication was great for any post op concerns. Front desk girls are very professional, went back for a teeth cleaning.

Schedueled an appointment for a cleaning and examination. When I arrived they informed me that I was only scheduled for an examination. The scheduler obviously made a mistake, but they did not try to accommodate me, both Dr. Gonzalez and staff reacted as if they didn't care. I will never go back there, poor customer service.
