THE WORST EVER!!!!!! How are they getting all of these 5 stars??? My child nor I will ever go back here and I will never refer anyone here either. I won't lie, I gave this office a chance because she is an African American. My child complained first and I should have never gone back after that. I took her to this Dentist and my wife was mortified by the work done to a 8-9 year old. But....silly me....Trying to support black business, I went in and was asked the reason for my visit. I explained I had a partial root canal that was never capped. That was my only concern. I wanted to know can I save it, if not pluck it. I was told an Orthodontist needed to see me but would not be available for a month. Well I guess they got excited when they saw my insurance coverage. One year later, minus two wisdom teeth, two huge holes that never closed, and several horribly filled cavities (sensitivity was worse than before) the Orthodontist was still nowhere to be found. I asked during almost every visit "hey, when is the ortho going to be here because I only ever wanted my original issue handled". I was then told on my final visit by the dentist that the she could've done it all along and the ortho wasn't needed. I was so angry....but by then they had exhausted the money from my PPO so I would have to wait until the new year for my coverage to reset before I could get my original request addressed. Horrible this kind of service is offered to my people by my people. I refuse to support you if you offer below par service!!! Dear black people - Quality service brings repeat customers!! Don't be a money grab because people like me will spray you!!!!! Now I'm a client at a wonderful not-black dentist. I hate to make this about race but do better by my money and I won't!! I'm absolutely disgusted every time I think about this place.

I'm not even done with the experience just yet and I have to leave a review. From the front desk to Dr. Williams, everything was outstanding! Everyone was full of life, very nice, informative and caring about my experience -end to end top notch service hands down. I would highly recommend them to anyone, family or friend.

Worst mistake of my life! Where do I start? I went for my yearly checkup and was received and treated with a horrible attitude by assistant. But after meeting the doctor she seemed so sweet that I thought I would give the office another try. Basically letting her do the work that she said I needed period apparently she was able to tell that I had six cavities from a panoramic photo. I found out recently through other dentists that she was supposed to take more photos to confirm these cavities. So for all I know I did not have six cavities but I did pay her for six. Kind of pricey might I add! I assumed at that price she was good. Now it turns out that the upper left molar she filled is infected and needs to be extracted the infection is so bad. I am in so much pain. Been calling her for days. I've tried reaching her over 10 times and she will not reply to any of my emails or my calls to at least fulfill some antibiotics or see what the problem is. She is my "DENTIST" Now I have to pay an absurd amount of money to a new doctor so they can take new x-rays and handle the situation. Mind you even the time that I went for those fixings I was bombarded with confirmation emails and text messages. A week before the appointment. then 3 days before then the day before and then half hour before... Over 12 confirmations i had to reply to. And can you believe after I drove an hour each way. When I get there, the doctor canceled my appointment. Never had the courtesy of having her secretary call me! when I get there her secretary tells me she's sorry the appointment's been canceled I need to reschedule. Seriously! Zero consideration!! Oh and the first time I went for consultation the wait was an hour and 45 min. I really cant believe i put myself thru this torchure so many times. She totally took me out of my zen state. I can't with this place! Ugh

I had a great experience at angelic smiles I actually get more then I was expecting what an awesome cleaning I'm definitely coming back
