Hands down the worst customer’s service experience I have ever endured… and I grew up in Hialeah. I recently left 4 dresses for what was supposed to be standard dry cleaning. Although I did indicate that I was not in any particular rush, I was promised that they would be ready 5 days later, on a Thursday. I gave an additional two days before coming to claim my items (mind you, I at no point received the text message confirming that they were ready as promised) only to find, that two of my dresses were still off site at their plant location with no timeline as to when they would be ready. It was as if the response of “we don’t know” was a completely standard business procedure for them. I contacted the plant who noted that the hold up was due to the dresses being in alterations. At this point, given that I had not requested any alterations, my mind was blown. Again, I had asked for standard dry cleaning. When the dresses were finally ready, 8 days later than promised, I was charged $25 per dress because they were, and I quote, “Fancy dresses”. How a $50 bridesmaids dress was fancier than my $200 Ralph Lauren gown (which I was only charged $18 for previously) is beyond my understanding. Clearly, they make up prices on the spot when they decide they don’t like being called out for their incompetence. In short, do not go here unless you want your items randomly altered without your consent, delivered over a week after promised, and charged at what seems like a “we don’t like your face” rate.

There are plenty of other cleaners down the street, any of them are well worth the effort to get away from this one. Don't bother with this place unless you enjoy overpaying for items that show up a week late, while wondering whether you will ever see your clothes again at all. The prices are outrageous, which explains why they aren't clearly posted anywhere in the store for you to see ahead of time. We were very surprised to see our basic dry cleaning bill come out to $20 for a suit, plus $25 per dress. We were scheduled to pick up within a week, only to find some of our items weren't ready, with no indication of where they were or when we could expect to pick them up. A week later, a full 12 days after we originally dropped them off, we finally picked up the missing dresses. Rather than a slight discount or even a simple apology for the inconvenience of having to pick up up our clothes an entire week late, we were instead greeted by a rude employee charging us even more than the last couple dresses.
