Our LG stove had problems with the heating element. I looked up several places, Best Buy where we bought the stove, and everything was very expensive. I happened to find MCA on Google and spoke with William. William was going to send Adrian out to our house within the hour to test our breakers. If the breakers were bad, then we would schedule a visit for Monday to repair the stove. I don't believe they were going to charge us for checking the breaker. But they were willing to send us someone ASAP. I just want to than tMCA for their wonderful fast response and honesty. Luckily, our neighbor is an electrical engineer and fixed the outlet which had a loose cable. That loose cable could have caused a fire. I added MCA's number to my contact list for future problems. This is a stand up business! I called on a Sunday night with a broken fridge. They came on  a Monday morning. The technician was nice and knowledgeable. He was able to fix my problem and restore my appliance! This was done in a timely, friendly and reasonable fashion. I'm sold!

Called them and they came out to assess the repairs. Original amount to come out was $95.00 (which I thought was to pricey to begin with but I was desperate). Then they told me it was the switch on the dryer that was bad, I gave the ok to change the part ( total bill was $180.00 and the switch for this dryer cost $12.99 at most). The guy changed the part and 2 hours later I am still having the same problem. Stay away!!! They are scam artists!!!!! Service: Dryer repair
