Lelack Construction

We wanted to build a new inground swimming pool. We got a total of 4 quotes: 3 from dedicated pool builders and the fourth from Lelack Construction. Lelack's bid was lower than the other bids and included higher end materials to begin with (oversize travertine pavers and glass tile instead of porcelain). Once the Engineering and Permit processes were completed, the build process could begin. From the day of excavation to the final electrical hookup, the project had steady progress. The subcontractors used were always friendly and Lelack Construction willing to accommodate any requests we had. The best part of the project was that everything that was agreed upon for the build was delivered. The project turned out perfect.

LeLack Construction should be your go to contractor! From start to finish, everything is well planned and the quality is impeccable! We live in Pennsylvania and we worked with Michael to design our kitchen. We hired a local contractor and Michael provided guidance to ensure the kitchen was completed as designed. When our contactor ran into issues, Michael was always available to assist! When we had issues with the local contractors work, Michael fixed the many errors to perfection! His work is such quality, we will put off projects until he has the availability to come to Pennsylvania to do the work! We will only use LeLack Construction! Service: Remodeling

Hired Lelack Construction to redo some pavers for me, everything seemed fine initially, one call out was that Michael the owner only wanted cash, I paid for the second half of the job in cash, and that was a mistake! The third party paver installers did a great job......But that is where it changed. Michael had over measured by about 300 sq. feet. When the installers were almost complete they told me that it could be returned but I needed to follow up with Michael who was away for a week. I reached out to him mid week to ask when he would be back, as my contract stated "Clean up" he also had ripped a hurricane shutter down that needed to be reinstalled. He told me that I was a nightmare as I was inquiring on the Clean up, he said that he would return the stones and not give me a dime. He then said lose my number. I said per my contract it states "Clean Up" so you took my cash went out of town and are never coming back? He said yeah do what you need to do, let's get it on, it will be fun, I welcome it. All over text. I have no choice but to right this bad review. It cost me a total of $950, to pay to remove the extra stone, an extra pool cleaning, reinstall of the hurricane shutter.
