Awfulpizzas aren't even fresh and usually out for a long time. When you place a custom order they mess up. Asked for them to cook my pizza a little longer so the veggies were cooked and they gave my veggies raw. The next time I went I kept a positive mind set thinking it was a one time thing, nope. Ordered another custom pizza and no hot sauce was on top and my pizza had a funny taste like fish. I didn't order fish on my pizza when I told them it tasted like fish they argued that nothing was wrong with the pizza no can with fish was opened. So where the taste come from? Was rude about it too, wasn't just one slice that tasted funny. Only thing that was good was the soup . Really flavorful once you add some chili flakes, salt and pepper.

Don't waste your time here. They had no food available. Pitiful. This is not the place to go if you are expecting to eat.

I love cicis pizza, it has been awhile since Ive came to this location but I definitely wont be back anytime soon. The pizza was cold and dry, I dont know if they just have unexperienced staff or what but even the fresh pizza tasted bad.

Cici's is decently good. The pizza is occasionally cold, but that isn't an issue usually since you can request a custom pizza and they'll make it fresh for you right then. The employee's and staff were very friendly and make you feel welcome. The staff looked pretty young, maybe 17-18 but they were still kind. Many people have reviewed saying the bathrooms were nasty or gross, and I'm not sure what the boys bathroom looks like since I'm not a boy, but the girls bathroom as far as I know was very neat and tidy. There were signs telling employee's to wash their hands, several soap and hand-sanitizer dispensers, and they clean the toilets and sink every hour or so. Very clean. However, I only put 4 stars because the arcade room is really bad. There are barely any games, and the majority of the games don't even work. (Such as Air Hockey, Shooting games, Claw Machine, etc.) When you use coins to purchase gum, you do get a lot of gum flavors for only two tokens, however they come out too fast and end up falling on the floor immediately. Besides that, the Parmesan Wings are good and the prices are fair enough (around $7 per person) so I do recommend this place although the arcade doesn't meet expectations.
