Florida Therapy Services Corporate Office

Went in 10:50 for an appointment at 11 just to sit in the lobby for an hour. When I finally asked the older receptionist to just reschedule my appointment cause I needed to leave for work she told me the person I was supposed to be seeing wasnt even in office. They shouldve seen that when the younger receptionist got me checked in. They let me sit there for an hour for absolutely no reason. Didnt even give me paperwork to fill out while I waited. These people very obviously do not care about mental health. I left the building in tears because I thought I was finally going to get the help I need.

Ive been going here for a little over a year. It was good the first few months. Now they cant even get my medication right! What dr schedules you the DAY OF the time you need your medication refilled, and then not worry about it going through correctly? they never answer or even returns calls WITH VOICEMAILS. Until days later..
