After the devastation of Hurricane Michael, Southern Cat immediately began to restore the beautiful Harbour Village at Historic St Andrews Condominiums. Our unique building experienced a Cat 5 Hurricane, causing many challenging repairs during the recovery, renovation and rebuild. Southern Cat has been extremely responsive, provided excellent workmanship, and outstanding professionalism from staff and employees. I highly recommend the Southern Cat team, and appreciate the hard work and diligence given during this catastrophic experience. Thank you Southern Cat!

I am in real estate and have had multiple bad experiences with this "company". I do not know of a single prior customer or sub contractor in Bay County, FL that trusts this company or is pleased with them. I have fired them from commercial property I own and they are still at the condos I live at (Harbour Village) after almost three years post Hurricane Michael. To list all of the dishonesty and incompetence would take hours. They of course will not respond to anything in writing, but rather talk in circles and not perform.

Hurricane Michael devastated the Pan Handle of Florida including Panama City and Panama City Beach areas. As you can imagine the destruction was almost total and everyone in this area was affected. There were numerous problems for residents and clean up crews and not the least of which was the lack of electricity. We at Sterling Beach Owners Association were fortunate to be one of the first to have power restored. The day after power was restored SouthernCAT was onsite and beginning the process of helping us recover and rebuild. I can tell you it was a rewarding experience working with the management and staff of SouthernCAT. The site manager went above and beyond what we expected and answered every call and inspected each unit of our facility. This type of service is very hard to come by and I really appreciate the hard work and diligence.
