Office Depot on PC Parkway has become my "home" store since a move 3 years ago. The staff there are always helpful and pleasant. The store is neat snd well stocked. Thank you OD!

Been here a half a dozen times. No matter what the job is, what the size is, 5 day minimum and some of the most unhelpful human beings you will ever encounter. I would pay double to go to a Staples just so I would never have to undergo this experience again. This location is a consistent disappointment.

Dan provided exceptional service and went above and beyond yesterday. I needed a label printer. A young gentlemen had told me that I would have to order it online, in spite of the website saying there was one in stock. Disappointed, I was going to leave and go home empty handed. We are small business owners and our label printer had given out. We were having an internal crisis with our labels not printing and many orders to fulfill. I next asked Dan for assistance. Not to negate the previous sales person's response, but rather to ask about a different product. With patience and kindness, Dan answered all my questions politely, so I decided to ask about the printer that I went in for originally. Low and behold, he scanned the product, thoroughly communicated with his manager and was able to have the printer retrieved from the back inventory. Dan made our day and we are so grateful.

I just came to this store for the first time to purchase a calculator. The associate Audrie was as rude as they come. The main cashier Dan was busy with a customer. I walked over to her where she was standing behind the printing area at a cash register and politely asked her if she was able to ring me up. She wouldnt look at me and literally shooed me away with hand gestures to go to the other register saying he can take you. I was confused because I was pretty sure she could actually ring me up though refused to ring me up. I noticed not even two minutes later she was ringing someone up. Im pretty sure I know what type of treatment this was. Audrie wont get far and I hope Audrie realizes in 2024 how absurd it is to behave this way. I want to make sure that Office Depot is aware and curious if anything will be done about it.
