AT&T

Today, my wife and I walked in to take a peek at what new technology is available. It looked like there was only one other customer in the store. Of all of the available employees, not one greeted us or questioned to see if we would like any assistance. It's nice to not be bombarded by sales people, but a simple "Hello" or some positive acknowledgement would be more acceptable than nothing at all.

This review is a bit late, I was there 2 months ago. I ended up in this store when the one closer to home didn't have the phone I wanted. As luck would have it, while this store did have one, it turned out to have some issues out of the box. And they only had one. It was a huge pain to get it resolved, but basically, these people, especially Ismael (Store Manager) did triple backflips with a half twist through flaming hoops to get my issue corrected. If that sounds a bit over the top - well, you had to be there. Best ever. Thanks again Ismael!

Called to see if they have the 4th gen ipad. "Logan" chuckled and corrected me about the name, stating that it's "just new ipad". Then i kinda chuckled and made sure that he knew what he was talking about. He acted like he did and assured me that they did in fact have the latest ipad in my flavor, in stock. So I began the trek over to pier park. Got there and all they had was the older models, in different capacities. Nothing even close to what i asked the guy about. He had no idea that there was a 4th gen or any difference between the two. It's not like they JUST came out or anything (at least 7 weeks ago). First of all, don't laugh and try to correct people when you have no idea what you're talking about. Second, thanks for nothing. If you know nothing about the most expensive product you sell in your "store" then answer me this; WHAT DO YA DO HERE??
