We had Jacob and his crew Trim all our Palms, remove a tall Palm and stump, dig up all our grass and old plantings. They replanted with new plants and shrubs. They then replace old grass area with new salt/pepper granite, and shell. I would highly recommend Urban outdoor Solutions. They did it all quickly and they take pride in their work.

Had Jacob and his team come out and trimmed my tall palms ! Did such a fantastic job ! They were fast , reliable , & did an amazing job! & Had the best pricing in town ! I highly recommend !

Would highly recommend Urban-trimmed & removed over 60 ft Pine located between 2 homes. Also, trimmed & removed Ficus that caused non renewal of insurance. On time, excellent equipment & very good clean-up. Was competitive in pricing & no surprises when billed. Will definitely use again.

I found Urban Outdoor Solutions when a neighbor recommended them to me. The owner, Jacob Manning, has completed multiple projects for me and we have a lot more work lined up for him. He's hauled away about eight tins of dirt from previous DIY landscaping projects. When he finished that he quoted a price on removing a diseased live oak. Here's the catch...that oak was HUGE, and at least 50% of it was over a brand-new planting bed. Jacob said he could take the tree down without damaging the bed, and he was absolutely true to his word. He's also delivered and installed multiple sets of triple palm trees behind a fenced in area, so that meant no heavy equipment!!! He's picked up and planted three large shady lady black olive trees, and he just finished doing a job for a relocation of our laundry machines. He wet sawed the concrete garage floor so the plumber could reroute the drain and supply lines underground, and he just completed the concrete pour and floating. He also asked about other areas of our property that we were in the process of upgrading. He can handle all of it after a brief conversation, so he'll be getting all that work as well! I can't recommend him enough! Jacob bids a fair price, and he always delivers on his agreement.
